Joe Shipman is the owner of Luminous Productions. Luminous Productions was founded in 2001 and has grown to encompass a variety of services. Although we started as a video productions business we have grown into a media development firm that produces great design, photography and video work. Located in Northeast Texas, we service most of the area east of Dallas and North of I20.
