I recently received a poor review saying that I was Incompetant. I guarantee my work and was more than happy to reshoot anything as necessary in a timely manner but that was not acceptable to this client. I accepted this project right after a Hurricane, it was for Desaster assessment for several properties in the Hurricane area. My main concern was to be able to get the client something, anything as accessing the sites was a challenge and some sites are still not even accessible. I did not initially use an AEB5 shoot setting initially because I just had a lot going on and was just trying to access the sites. I anticipated making 3-4 trips to the areas and was happy to re-shoot anything as needed, I guarantee my work, and I did provide quality images as well as great video that met what was needed, maybe not exactly how it was wanted. Yes I am Incompetant, sure, however I offered to make it right and that was not acceptable to the client, so in the end the client got great photos and video of the disaster affected areas and I got a poor review and called Incompetant.
