Did not pay attention to detail. I just found out today there was a structure on the property I assigned him to take photos of. My realtor told me there is a structure on it. He also said he can do approximate property boundaries, which he did, but the outcome did not look professionally done. Approximate boundaries are if not, one of the most important photos we need in our portfolio, and it was not the best. It took him a couple of days to do it, and I just had to settle. He was on time when he said he would take the photos, which is standard, but great.
