Justin D. Heitman, CMAS, PI, FAA Certified Remote Pilot, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Heitman International Solutions & Services, LLC (HISS) a Certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Heitman International Solutions & Services, LLC (HISS), a licensed and bonded Private Investigation, Security, and FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Service Company within the State of Georgia. In his role as CEO of HISS, his primary near-term activity is combining the most fitting elements of HISS with various activities in which HISS has industry interest. HISS asymmetrical business approach has designed HISS as a leader in the mix for unique capabilities as a boutique provider for multiple levels for cost-conscious solutions to HISS clients within the arena of advisor, investigations, security, drone (sUAS), training, and medical systems with products of Mobilize Rescue Systems© and Zoll Medical Technologies©.
Heitmans unique qualifications and experience provide depth and wealth of interdisciplinary knowledge spanning twenty- three years of combined Military, Private Sector Security Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Intelligence Collection. HISS asymmetrical hybrid structure allows Mr. Heitman to execute in areas in large and small-scale details/detachments were supporting corporations, individual high-value assets, and intelligence activities in Afghanistan, Africa, Brazil, Indonesia, Iraq, Mexico, South America, and the United States.
Heitmans well-developed experience with designing and executing asymmetric engagement approaches is a well-matched philosophy capturing opportunistic value by developing partnerships that are cost-effective and mutually beneficial. Before founding HISS, Mr. Heitman has served as a Special Skills and Tactics Instructor Level III for the Department of State Diplomatic Security Services, providing hard and soft skills for DSS Special Agents attending the Advance Leadership Tactics and Skills (ATLaS) (formerly the High Threat Protection Program). He certified as a Subject Matter Expert and Lead Instructor responsible for overseeing and evaluating performance standards set by the U.S. Department of States Federal Law Enforcement Training Doctorate for accreditation for Federal Law Enforcement Agency.
Prior to ATLaS, Heitman accumulated experiences across an extraordinary range of sectors: in addition to founding HISS with a systematic objective of providing Security Risk Consulting, Executive Protection, Asset\Personal Recovery and Training for Fortune 500 Corporations, Heitman was Assistant Director of Security for privately held Resort El Dorado Golf and Beach Club nestled in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur Mexico managing a budget of $2.5 million and overseeing a multi-lingual staff of over 50 personnel, was Integration and Project Team Leader for Lockheed Martin Multi-Mission Maritime Aircraft, and a Systems Engineer for several other C4ISR programs for the Department of Defense.
Heitman earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix and holds several campaign awards and certifications from both the United States Navy and State Department. He is a Certified FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Remote Pilot, Certified Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CMAS Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board), Certified Personal Recovery Specialist, Federal and State Certified Classroom and Field Firearms Instructor, Private Investigator, Naval Special Warfare Expeditionary Warfare Specialist (EXW) Naval Expeditionary Combatant Command\Small Craft Coxswain. Mr. Heitman holds several other certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA).
