Headwaters Engineering, Inc. is a small business located in Boise and Moscow, Idaho. We specialize in the design and implementation of stream restoration, rehabilitation, and habitat improvement projects. We have expertise in the collection of water quality samples, stream surveys, and data collection at remote project sites. We also have experience with the use of small unmanned aerial systems to provide aerial mapping, imagery, and data collection. We have the required equipment to set ground control points for repeatable imagery and experience with Pix4D to create orthomosaics and site plans and perform volume calculations. Headwaters has more than a decade of experience working with private clients and federal agencies including the National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and U.S. Forest Service.
