My name is John D. Carter and I’m native to the Pineywoods of Southeast Texas, just north of Houston. I studied business at Sam Houston State University before spending over a decade working in Law Enforcement. During my career and afterwards, I spent time as a home improvement contractor and started my own construction company. After a knee injury, I turned the focus of the company towards home inspection and drone services. Today, I am a licensed professional home inspector and FAA licensed drone pilot. The bulk of my business is related to inspection and photography of real estate, however I also have significant experience in orthomosaic mapping, 3D modeling, stockpile reports (volumetric measurements of aggregate materials), construction progress photography, business advertising videography, FPV fly-throughs, as well as inspection of commercial and industrial property. I currently serve all of Southeast Texas and the Houston Area and will travel anywhere in the United States for the right project.
