Graduating Westwood College in 2006 with an A.S. in Graphic Design & Multi Media, I worked mainly in the screen printing industry, later moving into marketing and promotions for various bands, movies, books, and live theater. After working at Amazon as a delivery driver, I decided to pursue my passion in computers & technology as they pertain to real estate. First purchasing a laptop capable of delivering high quality deliverables, then studying & passing the FAA Part 107 test, followed by the purchase of the AUTEL EVO II drone, 2 Canon cameras (Rebel SL2 & EOS R), 4 lenses, 2 off camera lights (AD 200Pro & AD400Pro), stands, books on Davinci Resolve 16, Affinity Photo & Designer, and Adobe Lightroom. My days & nights have been spent taking YouTube & podcasts courses, in real estate photography from Nathan Cool and Rich Baum, as well as Tony Northrup, and I use my 1 bedroom apartment as the test subject. I have been shooting landscapes, seascapes, and long exposures and forgive me when I say the following, but "I feel I am not only enjoying it, but am very good at it", and wish to apply my obsession to luxury real estate listings, multi-family listings, commercial properties, business parks, & undeveloped parcels of land.
