Review:

Video footage out-of-focus and unusable. Due to time constraints we will have to handle it by ourselves. Also, a lot of the video footage was under heavy cloud cover which we specifically indicated is unacceptable in our statement of work. I feel it's fair to compensate you for 50% of the deliverables.
