This was hands down the WORST experience I've had. Not only was the quality of work extremely poor, but we were forced to file an abuse complaint due to the pilot's aggressive conduct. He first expected us to pay for the work before we received the full and final items. He then insisted on mailing us a flash drive rather than simply upload the work to the platform. We were of course uncomfortable with both of these requests, and when we expressed our concern, he began using profanity, insults, and long-winded rants that didn't make any sense. This pilot is irrational, unpredictable, and aggressive. Do not hire this pilot.
